It was a bit strange filming this mukbang on a Friday night in an all night Mcdonalds with a bunch of single people around us. But like the warriors we are we pulled through. We're weird that way. haha

 On Emotional Eating Issues:
Some of us eat our emotions. This is obviously not healthy ALL THE TIME. Once in a while I feel it's alright. We don't promote eating junk food regularly. Junk food is a treat once in awhile or else we will get unhealthy. But junk food once in awhile is fine.
Sometimes we eat when we have a bad day. I think its ok once in awhile but not all the time. Good food is important to avoid stress in life. When I eat crappy I have no energy and patience with the world. That's why eating junk food once in a while is fine.
We need to build healthy reserves in our bodies. So eat those fruits and vegetables so when you eat the occasional junk food it's a treat.
And the junk food will taste better when it's only a treat.
